A Gorgeous Gilson opal is presented by "fingers" of vaporized pure gold and silver. The opal shimmers a bright gold / copper when viewed straight on and shows green and blue from other angles. The photos don't show the bright copper / cyan color that is so dominate when viewed straight on. The back is colored with swirling gold and silver. Very elegant and well sized to be worn on a gold or silver chain.

It has been a really long time since I have made one of this style pendant. This piece has great greens and blues. It spent quite awhile in my kiln developing these colors. A real beauty not too be passed up!
