Here is a brand new conceptual marble. The main design elements of this marble are deeply encased in clear and obsucred by a surface decorations of feathered gold and silver fume. This is an orb that mustbe interacted with. It is essential to hold it in hand and peer into its depths if you want to fully experience this piece. "Galaxies" of purple dichro spiral and shimmer below that layers of fume. "Bursts" of fumed murrine lay waiting to be discovered. Spirals of blue and metallic sparkles twist and spin just below the surface.

It is so refreshing to make new experimental pieces. For now, this one of a kind orb, is the 1st of this new experiemental concept. It is way too cool to not be repeated. Enjoy!

A comment on lighting - I took these photos with 2 xenon halogen "puck" style lights. I find that they really light the marbles up without being artificially bright. Part of the reason that I really like using silver fume in my marbles is that the silver vapor seems to hold light in a pieces. These marbles will not look the same under natural lights. This is why I am now including a natural day light photo with available marbles. )
